RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return "new and unused" items to Babe-A-Rella within 14 days of the purchase date. Incorrect or damaged items must also be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
"New and unused" refers to an item that has no scratches, marks, or blemishes. The item has no signs of wear or use of the item. The packaging or the clear plastic wrapping has not been torn or removed. The item has not been altered in any way. Babe-A-Rella will not accept a return of any used or opened items.
Delivery charges are not refunded.
Exchange for a different item is not offered.
Returns are at the cost of the sender.
This online policy applies only to products purchased directly online from Babe-A-Rella. If you purchased your product from a shop-front retail store or other online store, you will need to return to that store.
Please Note: No refunds or exchanges on sale items
Please be advised that, during any Babe-A-Rella sale/s (including Stocktake), all purchases are final and no refunds or exchanges are offered on sale items unless the goods are deemed to be faulty. If you receive a faulty item, you must bring this to our attention immediately upon receipt of your order, quoting your purchase number and detailing the nature of the fault. Please also be aware that some sale items are soiled, damaged or have no packaging and may be close to expiration date. This is reflected in the deep discount on the item and is not considered a 'fault'. Please choose carefully and enjoy the great offers.
How Do I Return A Product to Babe-A-Rella?
The returned item must be accompanied by a Babe-A-Rella Product Returns Form (download the form and complete all sections), proof of purchase and all original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be honoured.
Attach all proof of purchase information to the eform, and complete all requested information within the Form. Repack the item in its original packaging and return to the address listed on the top of the eform. Once received by Babe-A-Rella, your return will be checked and you will be notified by email once your refund or exchange has been processed. A refund is issued via your original payment method (e.g. credit card, Pay Pal) and exchanges are sent no later than 30 days after Babe-A-Rella receives the item for exchange.
Important Note: Due to strict privacy and security reasons, Babe-A-Rella does not store your credit card / bank information - you must include this information on the Babe-A-Rella Product Returns Form to receive your refund.
