We have made every effort to display product colours shown on our web site to appear as close as possible to actual colours. However, some computer screens may show slight variations.
Product Availability
We do not have a backorder system for products that are occasionally unavailable. However, if you email us we will be happy to contact you via email when it is back in stock.
Order Tracking
Babe-A-Rella may experience peaked online traffic and activity during sale/s times. This may occasionally lead to errors or delays in the system. We kindly suggest that you keep a record of your order number and contact info@babearella.com.au if you experience any problems with your order.
Please note: Due to the increased number of orders during sale/s time, delivery on sale purchases may be delayed by a couple of business days. During circumstantial delivery delays, we kindly ask for your patience and trust that you will enjoy the incentive of great deals and fantastic sale savings.
Out of stocks and sell outs
Occasionally there may be instances when the inventory system is not quick enough to update the online store and the item you have ordered may have sold out. Should this occur, we will contact you with the option of a full refund for the sold out item and any related postage charges, or alternatively you can replace with another item of same value. All offers are available while stocks last and no rain checks are offered on sold out merchandise.
Confirmation of Order
All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by Babe-A-Rella. If an order is not accepted a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience. Babe-A-Rella reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason.
Payment
Available payment options include Credit / Debit Card via Pay Pal, cheque and money order. Babe-A-Rella is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the case of payment by cheque or money order, this would mean the clearing of funds represented by the cheque or money order. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable Babe-A-Rella may cancel the transaction and affect a full refund.
All prices listed are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax applicable.
Delivery & Shipping
Babe-A-Rella's shipping fees are based on the total weight of your total purchase order, including any packaging weight, delivered to one address. All parcels will be delivered to the address you give us at time of purchase.
Please note: If you require products to be forwarded to multiple addresses, you will need to process a separate order per address. If you have three items going to three different places, three delivery charges will apply.
Babe-A-Rella offer same day Australia Post Express Post delivery if we receive and process your order before 3:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time / EST) Monday - Friday.
Orders received after 3:00 pm (EST) may begin processing the next business day.
Australia Post Guaranteed Next Business Day Delivery for Express Post domestic network.
* The Guarantee: Delivery is guaranteed within the Next Business Day Networks (please visit www.australiapost.com.au for Next Day Postcode Range/s), provided your parcel is posted on any business day Monday to Friday.
For areas outside of the standard Express Post Postcode Range/s, please allow up to 3 days Australia Post delivery time.
Please allow for possible delays if your order is processed during sale periods, public holiday periods and the festive seasons.
The following charge applies per order delivery, these prices are for delivery, ANYWHERE IN AUSTRALIA
Express Post Parcel costs range from $9.50 to $12.50, up to 3kg.
Orders above 3kg will be charged accordingly, as per total weight of your total purchase order, including any packaging weight, delivered to one address.
Express Post is our standard delivery method.
Registered Post is available only upon request, and only for orders up to 500 g total delivery weight. Registered Post will attract a different postage cost and standard delivery time.

Throughout the use of the site users may be invited to review certain products. If you do submit such reviews, you give Babe-A-Rella permission to use, reproduce, modify and publish them in a royalty-free, irrevocable manner.
